Who are Villa Mortgages?

Villa Mortgages is an independent mortgage broker in Spain, based in Moraira on the Costa Blanca.  We arrange mortgages for property-buyers from all over the World who want to buy a villa, finca, a plot of land or an apartment anywhere in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands. 

We arrange Spanish mortgages with both Spanish Banks and the Spanish arms of other UK and European Banks.

With over 20 years' experience and with recognised industry qualifications (CeMAP^®) we know and understand the Spanish mortgage market.

Like many people buying in Spain for the first time, our first experience of Spanish Banks in 2002 was bewildering, rushed, conducted in a language we did not understand and with no choice.  We make sure that our clients do not get the same experience - they fully understand the process, the costs and the reasons for the recommendation of a particular lender or mortgage product. 

There are no up-front fees - we only charge on completion of your property purchase.  The fee will depend on the amount you borrow and will be explained to you and confirmed in writing with you.
